The Administrator is responsible for the maintenance of the following databases :-
- The courses being currently taught by each of the faculty
- The courses being currently taken by each of the students
- The degree currently subscribed to by each of the students
Cloudversity Administrator can register one or more employees, who can function as additional Administrators, thus constituting an Administration team.
The Administrator is responsible for launching the Award Degree process for awarding a degree to an eligible student, i.e., a student who has (i) acquired the corresponding pre-requisite degrees, if any, and (ii) passed the pre-requisite courses.
Via Info Pages, Administrator can post any and all types of information which will be visible to the whole world, such as courses and degrees on offer, faculty, etc.
Student Accounting System
Student Accounting System enables the Administrator to maintain the accounts of all students in any one of over 20 international currencies.
Student Accounting System facilitates acceptance of payment from students online (currently only in INR).
This is an Electronic Notice Board. Administrator can post notifications visible to all students.
This facilitates a dialog between a student and the Administrator, initiated by the student. The dialog can be terminated by the Administrator, once the client's issue is resolved.
A student can be taken through an admission process via Services Portal. A student can also pay his / her fees via Services Portal.
Relationship Management (CRM)
This facilitates a dialog between a student and the Administrator, initiated by the Administrator. The dialog can be terminated by the Administrator, once the Administrator's issue is resolved.
Any dues from the student can also be collected via this process.
